1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using fammuk.com and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Services
Fammuk provides digital agency services including web development, mobile app development, custom software, social media management, video production, and graphic design. Specific project terms are governed by individual project contracts.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Project Requests & Proposals
Submitting a project request does not create a binding agreement. A binding agreement is created only when both parties have executed a project contract through our platform.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amounts per your project contract. All fees are in US dollars and non-refundable unless specified in your contract.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in their project contract. Fammuk retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fammuk's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Active project contracts have their own termination provisions.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
